Baqa Rashdi is the Managing Director of Law Booth Professional Corporation, a seasoned Ontario lawyer with over 15 years of experience in criminal law, family law, civil litigation, and real estate transactions. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2010, Baqa has built a reputation as a skilled advocate, representing individuals, professionals, businesses, and even political figures across the Greater Toronto Area.
Raised in Toronto, Baqa regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, offering strategic, results-oriented legal representation. His practice combines legal precision with a deep understanding of the challenges clients face whether in court, at the negotiating table, or in life.
Beyond the courtroom, Baqa is a passionate public speaker, regularly presenting at legal seminars, community events, and educational conferences. He also serves as a tutor for licensing candidates in real estate law through the Law Society of Ontario and actively mentor’s students and emerging entrepreneurs, offering guidance in law, business development, and personal growth.
Multilingual in English, Hindi, and Urdu, with working knowledge of Punjabi and Sindhi, Baqa is proud of his diverse heritage. He is the grandson of Pir Ali Muhammad Rashdi, a respected Pakistani politician, journalist, and scholar, and brother to renowned historian Pir Hassam-ud-Din Rashdi.
Outside his legal work, Baqa is a committed athlete and creative. He plays league cricket, tennis, kickboxing, and soccer, and pursues photography and videography as creative passions.

Mohsin Rashdi is an associate lawyer at Law Booth Professional Corporation, licensed to practice law in both Ontario, Canada and Sindh, Pakistan. With over 30 years of legal experience across multiple jurisdictions, he brings a deep and diverse understanding of the law to the firm’s criminal, family, and civil litigation practice areas.
Mr. Rashdi comes from a prominent legal family, with several generations, including his father, brothers, and son having served as lawyers across various fields and regions. His extensive background enables him to offer strategic insight, cross-jurisdictional knowledge, and client-centered legal solutions.
Fluent in English, Urdu, Sindhi, and Punjabi, with working knowledge of Arabic and Tagalog, Mohsin is known for his dedication to client service and strong collaborative approach. He is deeply committed to delivering results with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
Mohsin Rashdi is the son of Pir Ali Muhammad Rashdi, a renowned Pakistani politician, journalist, scholar, and diplomat, and the nephew of Pir Hassam-ud-Din Rashdi, an esteemed historian and expert in Indo-Asian history. He is also the uncle of Pir Pagaro, the current head of the Rashdi family.
Outside his legal career, Mohsin has been a passionate advocate for community involvement and youth development. He was an accomplished debater, freelance writer, and athlete, having captained and played on his school and college cricket teams, and represented his school in table tennis competitions.
His work and achievements have been recognized by media outlets including CTV and CBC, further highlighting his commitment to service and excellence across borders.
