Baqa Rashdi is the managing director of Law Booth Professional Corporation. He is an experienced and dedicated lawyer who focuses his practice on criminal, family, civil litigation and real estate matters. Baqa Rashdi was raised in Toronto, Canada and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2010.
He primarily appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and surrounding areas.
His clients include individuals and businesses involved in many different industries such as professionals, businesses and politicians.
Baqa Rashdi is a public speaker and presenter at community public events and conferences. He tutors candidates for licensing examinations conducted by the Law Society in the areas of real estate law. He is actively engaged in mentoring students and aspiring entrepreneurs. He supports them in implementing best practices, guidance and coaching.
He speaks various languages: English, Hindi and Urdu and has working knowledge of Punjabi and Sindhi.
Apart from Law, Baqa Rashdi is an avid sportsman and plays league cricket and soccer. His other passions involve photography and video production.

Sukhpreet Gill is an articling student at Law Booth Professional Corporation. Her focus is mainly on personal injury and family law cases. She is originally from India and now residing in Ancaster, Ontario.
Education: She did her LLB from Panjab University, India. Then she did her LLM in Criminal Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, India. She received three gold medals and twelve merit certificates for academic excellence from the then Honourable Chief Justice of India, Mr Altamas Kabir.
Research and Papers: She conducted research on Cyber Crimes, Noise Pollution, Juvenile Delinquency and White Collar Crimes. She wrote thesis on Female Foeticide and the synopsis of the same is posted on research site (SSRN Library). She conducted various Legal Aid Clinics in rural parts of India to create awareness related to socio-legal problems in society.
Sukhpreet is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
She is an avid reader, chess player and her favorite author is Paulo Coelho.
Mazahir Walji is the legal assistant to Baqa Rashdi. He is currently a law student at City, University of London in the United Kingdom. As a criminal justice graduate, law is a passion for him as he strives to achieve his goal to be a successful lawyer. Attending law school in the U.K combines his interests and goals such as traveling and a constant thirst for knowledge.
As a summer placement, he has been working at Law Booth under Mr. Rashdi to gain direct exposure to the legal field. This has been a priceless and rewarding experience whereby he is able to help others who may not be able to help themselves receive justice. Working at Law Booth has increased his interest in civil law and in particular family law.
His personal interests include sports as he is a long-time fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors. He is also an active individual who enjoys playing soccer and badminton.
