If a joint owner of the property is deceased, we can remove that owner from title for $225.00 plus HST. Removal of the deceased transfer the rights to the remaining joint owner.
Purchase/Sales/Refinances directed to us within 7 days of closing are subject to an additional fee of $200.00 plus HST. This is also applicable if we receive mortgage instructions less than 7 days prior to closing.
